Privacy Policy
Prizm Jump by Nebulite Games
This policy explains what information is used when you play Prizm Jump, why it is used, and the choices you have. Prizm Jump does not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress (levels, score, coins, unlocked ball skins and colour themes, sound setting and whether you bought "No Ads") is saved only on your own device. We do not upload it to our own servers. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Prizm Jump is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process:
- Your device's advertising ID (you can reset or delete it in your Android settings)
- Device and app information such as device model, operating system version, language and app version
- IP address, used to estimate your general location (country or city level)
- Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped
- Diagnostic and performance data related to ads
Depending on your consent choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your consent choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent message (User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice at any time by tapping the shield button on the game's home screen.
Everywhere, you can limit ad personalisation or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings, then Google or Privacy, then Ads).
In-app purchase
You can buy "No Ads" to remove banner and full-screen ads. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details; Google only tells the game whether the purchase was successful. Google's handling of payment data is covered by the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
Game engine services (Unity)
Prizm Jump is built with the Unity engine. Unity services used by the purchase system may collect limited technical data, such as device type, operating system and crash or performance information, to make the game run correctly. See the Unity Privacy Policy.

Children
Prizm Jump is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Data security and retention
Data sent to Google and Unity is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Those companies keep data according to their own policies linked above. Game progress on your device stays there until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or object to its use. Because we do not keep personal data on our own servers, most requests are handled directly by Google through your device settings and your Google account. You can also contact us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
